Hello readers:
What an awesome response to the first fletcherrhodenblog! Let's get right to what's new at the home site, www.Fletcher Rhoden.com (www.fletcherrhoden.com): On the RADIO page, which attracts a surprising number of viewers, there are new episodes of "Writer's Block" (tv comedy writer Adrienne Armstrong guests) and "The MIghty Three" (Infrared Cameras and the AFI Top 100 Movies Supplemental List). Writers and film students should check it out! It's hard to believe that this year marks the 10th anniversary of "Daily Mahalia" and "Writer's Block," my first feature radio shows. "The Mighty Three" ran the year following, 1998.
The groups are back on the LINKS page: the FLETCHERRHODENGROUP specializes in my music and performances and features music and photos available nowhere else. MIGHTYONEPRODUCTIONS showcases my animated and live-action shorts, and BALLOONZEE is the home group for those lovable bight-eyed, animated balloon animals. Check out the BALLOONZEE page of the home site if you haven't checked out that great new children's programming. All the groups are free to join, family friendly and feature exclusive content and more. Join in the fun! There'll be a new group forming for the big stage play/novella that's coming up, and in just a few days I'll premiere the new page on the home site. As stated, performance dates won't be announced until after Thanksgiving, but you can get a sneak peak by the end of this week.
There are some new pieces on the MORE FANS page of my site -- it's an extention of the FANS page in the PAINTINGS... section of the site.
On the NEWS and LINKS pages you'll also find a link to... THIS BLOG, just in case you ever have trouble finding it.
It looks like the Eva James single "Judgement Day" will follow our collaboration "I Love You, Now Change" (Rhoden/Galbraith), onto a cd compilation this month. "I Love You, Now Change" is on the Songsalive! cd sampler 9 -- info on the site on the LINKS page. Both tunes feature Robbie Rist and myself on various instruments. Robbie produced at his now-defunct BOATHOUSE STUDIOS in 2006. You can hear them and see videos on the MUSIC, PERFORMANCES and VIDEOS pages of the home site.
It may not be news, but December weekend slots for party entertainer FLETCH THE CLOWN are already filling up fast, so email at fletcherrhoden@yahoo.com or check out the Fletch The Clown page at www.Fletcher Rhoden.com for more information! Best rates, full southland coverage, original comedy/magic/balloon and paint designs.
So that should keep you busy until the sneak peak at the new play and subsequent announcements. Bookmark the site (www.fletcherrhoden.com) and come back often!
Happy Veterans Day!
